Welcome to Caradoc Court
Luxury bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation near Ross-on-Wye
Caradoc Court is a magnificent old Jacobean manor house set in its own gardens overlooking the river Wye and nestling in the folds of the Herefordshire countryside a few miles to the north of Ross on Wye. A dwelling has existed on the site since the 12th century and the current house dates from the 17th century with later additions, having been a seat of the Viscounts Scudamore. It has been beautifully renovated and restored to its former splendour and comfortably furnished throughout.
Caradoc Court is situated in beautiful countryside in a quiet corner of England well away from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is close to the Herefordshire trail and conveniently sited for a whole host of country pursuits. Despite this tranquil setting access is easy as Caradoc sits some 3 miles from the westerly end of the M50.
John & Kathy Handby, the present owners of Caradoc Court, extend a warm welcome to their guests and intend to ensure that they experience the calming and comfortable ambience of a country house stay.
